"Even more so than pasta, gnocchi is a dish that’s best made from scratch. Luckily it’s not quite as time-consuming! In this workshop Arianna Garella will teach you how to get the texture you’re after, and some techniques to simplify the process. We’ll make classic potato gnocchi with roasted mushrooms and gorgonzola sauce; ricotta gnocchi with pancetta and roasted tomato sauce; and gnocchi alla romana with fontina, sage, and roasted garlic."
