Giving Back & Helping Others: A Team Volunteering Opportunity

  • Blaine Center Homeless Ministry (map)

Foundation is creating our own volunteering team to join Seattle Works' Team Works!!

Let's give back and give love to our community here in Seattle, especially those struggling most.

For November's project, we are visiting the Blaine Center Homeless Ministry run by the Compass Housing Alliance. We will be helping with an assortment of tasks, from cleaning to organizing, so be ready for anything!

Compass Blaine Center is a 24-hour shelter program that provides shelter for 60 men. Clients access on-site housing navigation, hygiene services, daily meals, and a variety of case management resources to help eliminate barriers to stability. This intensive case management program is designed to move guests towards stable, permanent housing.

Team Works is one of the best way to make new friends while giving back in Seattle. Once a month, for four months, Foundation's group of volunteers will serve at a different organization in Seattle. Get to know the city and your friends in a whole new way.
